"Das Hotel hat einen tollen typisch italienischen Touch. Auch sehr sauber obwohl es etwas älter wirkt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und das Frühstück komplett ausreichend und gut! Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wenn man da bleiben möchte. Aber wirklich tolles Hotel, ich war sehr zufrieden."
"Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Metro Station „Ospedale“ entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet, das Mobiliar und Interieur im Bad jedoch älteren Datums. Die Straße ist tagsüber belebt, nachts jedoch sehr ruhig. Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis – Leistungsverhältnis. Für 2027 zur Mille Miglia wurden die Preise jedoch stark erhöht. Das Frühstück ist im Souterrain (ohne Fenster) und für italienische Verhältnisse gut bestückt."
"This was a very comfortable stay. The hotel was well located and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit hot - I was annoyed I didn't notice this before I couldn't be bothered to go and ask reception about it! But otherwise a fine comfortable good value stay."

Amazing breakfast. The only downside to me was the lack of customer service. Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. But as a hotel definitely a great place to stay."

No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar.
Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros.
Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good.
Local specialities, as well as pizza.
The hotel is a little dated.

"hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Bergame . Par contre pour déposer ses bagages,il faut savoir que la rue pavée est à sens unique et il n'y a pas d'aire de stationnement provisoire devant l'hôtel.D'autre part nous n'avons pas apprécié qu'on nous dise qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur alors qu'il existe."
