The staff never responded until we followed up. Remotely they wanted us to believe the AC was fine, even though it’s not our experience. The AC problem was never fixed throughout our 3 nights stay. After 2 days the staff started to ignore us. Since we only had one more night to stay, we decided to leave it as...

"Modern appartement with a view either to the street or the backyard. Good location for viewing the historic center, WLAN was slow."

Clean and tidy nice 2 bedroom apartment which oversees the Plaza Mayor and the NH Collection Leon Hotel, close to the Cathedral and a short walk to restaurants. Good stay...

"Alda Vía León is a absolute gem. You couldn’t ask for a better, more central location to explore the city. The hotel combines classic charm with squeaky-clean rooms and fantastic value for money. On top of that, the service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!"

"Muy buena cama , excelente limpieza y buen desayuno."
