"The place was clean. The location was convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast, that is normally starts at 6am in most hotels, started at 7am. And, the person handling the breakfast was a couple minutes late and irritated that we sat down in the breakfast area. By that time, there were 2 or 3 other guests waiting but they sat in the lobby. She forgot to fill up the waffle dough machine. When politely reminded about it, she waited 15 minutes after the request to bring out the waffle mix. I figured that she is just a late riser which would explain the 7am start time and didn't want to see people waiting when she was setting up."
