"The pool was closed for renovations until October, and unfortunately we weren’t informed of this at the time of booking or during check‑in. We walked to the Boat House for dinner, but were told the kitchen was backed up due to a large private event. There was no offer to sit at the bar or at any of the open poolside tables while we waited. Later, while sitting on the couches at the front of the hotel near the donut shoppe, a staff member approached us and said "you can't just sit here" because...

"Stuff was super cool room was clean as well"

"The room is spacious and close to the cruise port. The drive to the port was about 8 minutes. The bathroom is outdated and we did have issues with the toilet. However, once going to the front desk, maintenance was called and the issue was fixed within 30 minutes. Pool is clean, nice and big. Also, getting complimentary drinks in the evening was a plus. Would recommend."
