Todo excelente realmente, salvo dos cosas:
1) el desayuno muy caro, lo que lo hace poco conveniente haciendo la oferta de desayunos que hay en Brujas.
2) el televisor no se podía conectar a internet, aún siendo un smart TV. Entonces, virtualmente no se podía utilizar, salvo para los canales locales."

Leider ist das gesamte Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen abgenutzt. Sonst wäre es super schön. Aktuell wird wohl bald renoviert. Leider keine Lüftung im Bad und im Zimmer generell. Rezeption sehr nett. Kostenloser Kaffee-/ Teeautomat und Wasser täglich bis 22 Uhr!"
"The description of the location for this hotel needs to be more specific. Unfortunately we didn’t do our geography homework thoroughly enough😤. This hotel is primarily for business users NOT tourists. It is on a business park on the outskirts of the city with NO public transport less than a 20 minute walk away. Taxi fares added expenses. No restaurant facility for evening meals."
"The hotel was very clean and modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming friendly and the hotel was so quiet at nighttime.
The main market square was easily walkable in 15 minutes, making this a good, quiet base away from the main hustle and bustle.
We would definitely return here again!"
"Lovely twin bed room but facing the busy street, it is noisy if one wants to open the window to get some fresh air. Would ask for a room facing away from the street next time."
"Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. I politely explained that we need two beds and I specifically booked two beds and paid for superior room. The guy was very rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t have any rooms with two beds. I said we want a refund after a little while he magically found...
"Hôtel propre et quartier calme. À 25 minutes à pied du centre historique donc très pratique. Avons pu nous garer très proche gratuitement et sans disque. Lit très confortable, cafetière et bouilloire, dosettes de café, de lait et sachets de thé très appréciables. La salle de bain semblait propre au premier regard mais quelques cheveux se trouvaient dans la douche et le soir même de notre arrivée, les toilettes commençaient déjà à sentir l urine. "Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it.
Location was great for easy access to everything."
