"the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "

"This place is so magical. Quiet, clean, so beautiful, the staff is exceptional. Played tennis which was so fun, used the bikes, the beach is awesome We loved our stay here! "

"The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable. "

"Completamente abandonada! Chegamos às 17:30h e o quarto não estava liberado, apesar da pousada estar vazia. Qdo retornamos do evento, não tinha água para tomar banho. Depois de muita insistência, o vigia nos liberou um outro quarto, que também estava em péssimas condições! Equipamentos velhos e quebrados, ligados por uma gambiarra, muito mofo e umidade, colchões desconfortáveis, etc… A piscina estava imunda! Sem condições de uso. Café da manhã precário. "O lugar é bonito, a suite espaçosa, porém a pousada parece abandonada: a localização é de difícil acesso e longe de tudo, não há funcionários suficientes para recepcionar nem atender os hóspedes, não tem frigobar. Ao chegarmos, esperamos um tempo até encontrarmos um funcionário encarregado que aparentemente faz tudo. A limpeza é sofrível. Piscina pode ser usada 24h, mas a falta de iluminação no local, impede o uso de forma segura. Contamos com a sorte de podermos deixar o carro na parte interna,...

"A equipe diurna e bem atenciosa. Porém a noite me senti desprotegido. O quarto não dispõem de frigobar e a tv não funciona motivo internet. O acesso não dispõem de segurança na portaria o que deixa esposo a segurança do ambiente."

Destaque para o atendimento carinhoso e prestativo do Alan e da Tainá que faz um café da manhã extremamente delicioso, cada dia um bolo diferente pão de queijo quentinho e bem caseiro, tempero maravilhoso nas refeições, enfim, nota 1000, tem também a filhinha deles Maria um anjinho, linda e simpática. "This is a good place to live in Angra De Dois. Staff are very friendly and breakfast have lots of different options and fruits. The room is clean as well. The downside is the location— it is not that convenient. There is a safety gate to stop every single car entering the neighborhood, which takes us a long time to wait. Walking is not a great option either as there is no restaurant or convenience store nearby. Also the tap water is yellow colored, but it happens to all the rooms in this house, not just ours. Be prepared to get some fresh and clean water if you are sensitive. Overall it is a good place to live with"
