"I had an early morning flight to San Francisco and stayed at Jakarta Airport hotel which conveniently located inside the airport and accessible by the sky train from terminal 3 where I arrived. All the staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. From receptionist, bellman, to shuttle driver. I had to check out super early for my 6:10am international flight and the staff packed me some breakfast to go. How cool is that! They also provide free shuttle that takes you around the airport. "The shower was a safety issue. There was no door in the shower. Lots of water splattered out created puddles in the vanity area. My daughter slipped and hit her leg. Luckily didn’t hit her head. We asked for additional towels for the floor and they were all consistently soaked until the next day until we left for our day and housekeeping came to clean our rooms. There was 1.5 bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartment, which was convenient unfortunately, there was only 1 soap and 1 hand towels given....

"Bed linen had many dark spots on them. Arrived around midnight and no toilet paper in the bathroom. Cigarette butts on the shower area! Air conditioner had a very loud noise so I could go to sleep!"
