"This is a barebones property. It does not have a good location. It’s in an industrial area of town. There’s no air conditioning, the workers stand outside all day and night smoking and the air goes directly into the windows of the hotel and smells terrible."

Some issues with my room (024) but they did not fix things - neither of the beside lights functioned and nor were they repaired during the day as I had requested.

"Not good. This wasn’t cheap at over €100 for a night’s stay but was very disappointing. The place is tired, over priced, and we got put in some weird depressing dungeon chalet for the disabled (which we’re not). Not recommended."

On nous reloge dans une chambre bruyante au rez-de-chaussée au pied du parking, de l'entrée et de la terrasse en nous assurant qu'elle serait calme.
Résultat du bruit jusqu'à 23 h 00 et à partir de 7 h 30 un dimanche matin le tout pour 198 € la nuit !
Le matin je retrouve mon véhicule vandalisé, fenêtre d'une portière fracturée, sur le parking de l'hôtel sans caméra ni fermeture du portail.
Hotel à vraiment déconseiller !"
"We were arriving after official check in time and it took several phone calls to head office to identify the correct number and half a dozen attempts to call, within their busines hours, before someone answered. but once we got through, everything went very smoothly. Really warm welcome from staff, kind and helpful, I hadn't realised how far it was to walk to the centre of Le Crotoy, especially with little legs, but having good quality and affordable bike hire on site was a great asset. Sur le site : arrivée jusque 19h alors que la réception ferme à 18h. Cela m'a obligé à écourter un rdv professionnel. De plus, le logement est sale et vieux."
