"Staff were really helpful with answering questions and providing booking for transport. The service in the bars was quick and easy. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Overall a lovely place to stay in a good location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and near to Puerto Del Carmen via bus for exploring."

"Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval."

"Staff I encountered were friendly. Bungalow had everything I needed, yes dated but felt private with a nice terrace. Was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Good value for money, nice and quiet. Cheap and cheerful, would definitely return. Good location too, only a short walk to beach. "
