"Horrible experience staying at this so called resort. Customer service is rude at the front desk and unprofessional. Housekeeping shows up at your room and walks in without even knocking. Management is a joke (was told more than once there was no manager available to talk to when I had issues), the room/apartment was absolutely filthy (spiders everywhere, hair in the showers, Jacuzzi tub was so dirty that even rubbing alcohol couldn't clean it, cob webs everywhere and the property expects you to...
