"Great location , quiet surroundings … apartment 8 was perfect newly renovated comfy bed. Would have liked maybe a kettle but solved the issue using a saucepan . Perfect to walk to town , beach or el Campanario. Was there 9 days so would have been nice if they had asked about clean towels mid stay but other then that cannot fault them ! "

"Very good accommodation for a short and long stay. Clean, well-equipped room. A comfortable, large bed on which you can sleep very well. The room has everything we need to have a nice time. Large wardrobe with hangers, fridge, electric kettle with cups, small supply of tea. In the bathroom, a supply of hygiene products: shampoos, soap, towels. In the shower, warm water. "Very spacious, clean and friendly reception. Pre arrival communication spot on, had we arrived outside of reception times it was set to be very easy!"

"The check in was different, the number on the email I got did not work, so once we arrived one of the numbers we called answered, not long to wait at all before we could go in to the house, this was good. The shared spaces were not clean and the system of not washing anything and waiting for the people managing the property to set off the dishwasher meant there was limited items that could be used. "This apartment is amazing. The other 3 looked equally amazing. Everything in for a fabulous stay. Wake up to sea views over the lagoons beach and playa la concha beach. The evenings clouded up so only got one sunset and it was quite a chilly wind but was mostly fine. There was a lot of building work but noise not too bad and it was only between 8.30 am and 5pm but not weekends . Úrsula was very nice and kept in touch and we didn’t arrive to village until nearly 10pm and she came to check us in....

"We had an enjoyable short stay in February. The location is absolutely perfect. Just off the main strip. Far enough away to have a quiet nights sleep, yet close enough for so many restaurants and shops. Apartments are clean & have everything you need. They are dated and old fashioned, but that didn’t bother us. The apartments are very spacious. The pool area looked nice. I would definitely recommend to others. Great value for money."
