"The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, but they didn't help me take my baggage up to the room. It was a struggle to find the position of the slot for the key card , to turn on the lighting, whilst using luggage to prop the door open and attempting to use my mobile phone to illuminate the room interior.
The room was clean and the facilities adequate - and the bed comfortable.
However there was a disgusting smell in the bathroom, presumably owing to faulty drains . The water...
"Great hotel, next to the train station, a 15 minute cab/Uber to the airport, a well maintained. The amenities are just right for a short stay near the airport. coffee bar is excellent, staff super helpful."
"Shuttle required guests to wait on a very dark sidewalk next to a busy road. To get there guests have to travel across a dark parking lot and a bridge that was difficult to pass with luggage. I do not recommend."
"This hotel was a great spot for a night in Brussels. The reception staff were so friendly sly and welcoming. We would definitely return in the future!"
"Great, cheerful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent restaurants on site. Free parking. Very close to the airport. All at an excellent prove for super value."
"Loved our stay in the cutest 1 bed/1 bath room. It had the cutest balcony overlooking the street, wonderful complementary snacks and great European vibe. The location was great and close to restaurants, bars, and the train. Highly recommend!"
"Good staff, good location close to public transportation and 20 minutes walk to center. Overall I liked it. We walked back at night and walked to metro stations in early morning, no issues or safety worry."
"We were put in a room with a disability bathroom that was not clean. The bed was small for a double bed and there was no soap in the bathroom. The staff did fill this when we requested.
We stayed 1 night."
