It is a vast property with many Adventures activities like Zip - lining, Archery, swimming pool, Burma Bridge, Campfire etc. Rooms are Air conditioned and they have luxury tents too around the swimming pool. "The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets."

"The property is nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. However the service is terrible as there is no means of communication with the front desk. Also multiple times, request for breakfast , water etc took lot of time. We are early risers and need breakfast early. They served at 10AM!!. They need to improve their service drastically."

The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels."
