Appena metti piede fuori dalla struttura ci sono praticamente tutti i servizi, negozi, bar, ristoranti e negozi per fare shopping. Camera e pulizia della camera impeccabili. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste. Unico appunto, ma dipende da gusti personali, il fatto che c' è rumore fino a notte dato che sotto l'hotel c'è il passeggio dei turisti."
"Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel sind individuell gestaltet. Zimmer ausreichend gross. Allerdings hatten wir definitiv 2 Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen jedoch Zimmer nach hinten. Was mich schon im Vorfeld gewundert hat , dass es keine Fotos vom Badezimmer gibt. Badezimmer ohne Duschkabine. Dusche ist an der Wand befestigt und somit das komplette Bad nach dem Duschen nass, man kann es danach nicht betreten ohne nasse Füsse zu bekommen.

"Difficult to navigate the property internally. Multiple staircases and elevators. The elevators are not very reliable and confusing, because they go up or down based on the call order which is confusing at first. The rooms are great quality and very clean. Upgrade with the water view is recommended. The food in the restaurant is basic, but acceptable. The drink offer at the bars is limited, but OK."

"Dolphin Bay was excellent! The hosts are very welcoming and kind. We had delicious vegan and non-vegan breakfast every morning. We had to catch an early bus from Burgas when we left, and the host offered to give us a ride in the early AM.
The location is great, a 3 min walk from the beach and 25 min walk unit the main part of town. The views are excellent and rooms are perfect for a relaxing stay!"
"This hotel is lovely! The location is fantastic because you are literally 2-3 minutes walk away from the beach. There are shops and restaurants with anything you would need within 5 minutes and even some fancier restaurants within 10-15, but the hotel itself is in a very quiet area. Old Sozopol takes about 20 minutes to reach on foot. The front desk folks are incredibly helpful. "There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm.
We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed.
