"Best hotel, price, and location. My first time visiting Fredericksburg. Hotel is next to all the stores and restaurants. Staff is very helpful. Good breakfast. Free coffee and gym all day."
"The staff is really nice. The breakfast was decent. The room looked beautiful but stunk so badly. Had to pour bleach down the drain, sprayed Lysol twice, sprayed Febreeze twice and just had to endure. The bathroom needs work and had what looked like was mold at the pillars.

"I mainly rented a room here for the indoor pool, it was frigidly cold which was a huge disappointment to my daughter and me. 330$ dollars for one King and pullout couch bed seemed a little steep in price to not be able to go swimming. everything was clean and breakfast was ok in the morning. I probably will find somewhere else to stay in Fredericksburg next time."
"I reserved a balcony room to be told I had to reserve the adjoining room to be able to get to the balcony . When checking in was offered a light breakfast bites , come the morning no one knew what I was talking about. I was able to hear the guest next doors conversations ."

"The good- the property is beautiful, and the cabins are private, spacious and well planned, (although designed traditionally and somewhat fussy by modern standards). The breakfast area was lovely, and I appreciated the availability of soft drinks, tea, cold water and fruit throughout the day. I thought the location was fantastic, a mere twelve minutes or so outside of town and right by most of the wineries. "Amazing value for the price. The room was very clean, the hosts were super responsive, the location was extremely quiet and cozy. You will absolutely want a hot tub everywhere you stay now 😂 it is a great addition to an already complete package."

Checked in around 6PM and left around 11:30PM after seeing lizard in toilet and lizard droppings in tub not worth the price at all completely disappointed and had to drive back home Same night."
