"pool/hotub was not functioning but everything else was great."

"The staff was nice and attentive when we needed them but the room was just ok. We had three trash cans but none with bags so we had to dump our trash in the empty baskets. There were also tiny bugs flying around the window area. "

"Rooms could use maintenance. Rusty air vents, mildew in caulk around tub, bathroom door damaged and repainted. Ironing board pad needs to be replaced and entry door needs to be painted or cleaned inside and out."

I appreciated the extra blankets and towels to help keep the furniture covered (we’ve stayed at other places that claimed to be pet friendly but as soon as you booked they sent extra rules about keeping pets off the sofas, so this home is actually pet friendly). "
