"Shuttle stops at 2300. Must call to get it to come to you at the airport (cannot message or use WhatsApp). Room without fan. No air circulation. Super humid. Nice towels. Shower doors are glass and open to rest of room. Didn’t see breakfast options: was not available during our hours. Room clean."
"Best feature :Very close 5 min to airport by shuttle starting at 5 running every 10-15 minutes if busy. Helpful staff but Excessively long time to check in with long lines likely due to very cumbersome system and process. Rooms and facility is dated. Restaurant access via outside not lobby got us all wet in the heavy rain. Parking is fine. Served breakfast from 5 but I did not have time. Convenient located for an average airport hotel."
"Perfect location right at the entrance of Casco Viejo, there’s is parking place right across the street with a very useful elevator if you are bringing big suitcases. Bathroom doors and wall are made out of glass so not a lot of privacy ;) just something to be aware off"
"Excellent location. Close to buses, taxis etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had powerful shower. Comfortable bed. Good selection of food at breakfast."
"The room is spotless, very clean. AC, Bed, bath, a 10!
Brekkie was a good value, tortillas espanola, beans, sausage, smoked salmon, chocolate croissant was what we devoured. Location and plaza view was lovely."
"It was a very comfortable stay, everything clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However it is not a full service hotel which means that you have to be coming down to reception in case you need anything, they don’t bring it up to your room.
My room key didn’t work twice but they have 24 hours desk service."
"Problema con el aire acondicionado, no funcionó adecuadamente durante la estancia manteniendo una temperatura muy alta y desagradable en la habitación. Había que ajustarlo cada media hora y por la noche al dormir fue un serio problema"
"A nice apartment unfortunatley with views of a office wall.Clean and well equipped but NOT serviced ( no clean towels no bins emptied, no room cleaned) unless you pay extra and we were not aware of this.Location is the wrong side of the river so be prepared to walk if you want to go shopping or eating as there isnt anywhere nearby thats worth eating at or shopping..

"Lovely pension in the old city! Fantastic location for walking around, right in the middle of everything, a charming little balcony, and the room was still super quiet when the window was closed. Brand new and lovely renovations, a towel warmer(!!), nice shower with great water pressure, mini fridge and small coffee maker.
Additional appreciation for the lovely reception staff person who kindly answered all my questions and helped me find things I was looking for even on Sunday when everything...
