"It’s an impressive property but it’s need of updating and repairs. It seems that some updating has been done but it’s still a work in progress. I have mixed feelings about the staff at reception. I dealt with a gentleman at check in and he was very friendly, helpful and clearly understands good customer service. I can’t say the same about his female colleague. She clearly does not like her job and does not understand good customer service. I went to enquire about extending my stay by another...

"As soon as we walked in the door we felt very welcome. The front desk staff were both extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Our room was clean and comfortable. Had very delicious meals in the restaurant. Breakfast is a great deal for guests and I would advise you make a reservation for dinner as it is a very popular spot for the locals - with good reason, food was excellent! The wait staff are very attentive and friendly, Highly recommend this hotel, away from the congestion...
