This led to doubts as to whether the unit was actually properly cleaned. To add on, was told that can only get the main door access code if I left 100 rm. this was not explained anywhere in the terms and conditions. By this point, would have left if not for the fact that I was not guaranteed a refund, in addition to the need for a place to rest. Went ahead with the stay anyway. Issues 1. MBR toilet light was faulty - bathe in the dark 2. Common toilet heater was not working - if use to shower, bathe in cold water 3. Sheets cleanliness - felt that it was dusty as had a few sneezes after climbing into bed. Overall, terrible communications leaving you as a foreigner stranded without a place to rest. Probably wouldn’t want to be caught in this situation. To Expedia team,feel free to reach out. "Room was clean and comfortable. My kids love the swing and slide. Pool and playground on level 6 was great too. The washer dryer was a plus as we could wash and dry our swimwear. Will definitely book again."
