They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. i was staying in the Club Room and it has a very big space to stay. everything was clean, well placed and equiped with a mini bar in the room. the stay was very comfortable. the staff is very cooperative and always helps you if you need them. the place is safe and no noise reaches your room. if you looking for a place this hotel is worth staying."

"Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned.
Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay.
There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up.
Why was I not given a room away from guests according...
"The Hotel Staff were excellent and truly helpful especially Gagan & Pavinder, who were always there whenever I needed something. Rooms were clean and maintained. The Air-con was great as the heat outside was over 40c. The Hotel needs to have more rooms and also a swimming pool and fully functional gymnasium and games room with a pool table, maybe a Spa as well? Also a Tech room, where one can go and use their own computers and fully functional fax and printing services. The Bar and Restaurant...
