"A very large and busy hotel on lake Akan. The staff and main parts of the hotel are all ok but our room was in desperate need of an update. The bathroom was tiny with signs of damp and age.The sheets etc were clean but the room also had a smell like stale cigarettes. We had read the reviews and were kind of expecting it but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there more than the one night. However, the staff were all helpful and the breakfast buffet very good."

"改装直後でもある様で、とても綺麗な室内でした。 アメニティも他のビジネスホテル等と比べると質が少し高いきがしました。 100vのコンセントはありましたが、スマホ系の充電に関してはUSB等の差し込みがありませんでした。あれば、なお良かったと思います。 室内モニターでホテルの説明など確認出来たのは分かりやすかったです。"
