"Very nicely done cabin. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that would have made the stay more pleasurable wohld have been if the air conditioning had been turned on in the early afternoon. We arrived around 8 pm and it took several hours to cool the 3 bedroom cabin to sleeping temperature."

"The view from the front porch was beautiful & relaxing. The cabin was dirty. The couch was covered in dog hair and there was a lot of dust behind the couch. The bed coverings also had hair or dust. The couch is totally worn out & extremely uncomfortable. There was a broom but no dust pan. No end tables & lights for reading & overhead light had bulbs burnt out."

"This place is just what you want and more than you expect. Quaint cabins, well equipped, clean, not too fancy. The entire property is maintained in a manner that reflects a lot of hard work. Sits atop a hill overlooking the lake. Great location for all the many outdoor attractions in the area. The restaurant is unbelievable. I had a sea bass entree that was a good as any fancy restaurant in NYC. And if you have a complaint (I didn't) the folks that own and operate it were both right there. There is zero risk in reserving a spot at Whispering Woods. Plan to eat dinner. Reserve a window table if you can."
