"Comfortable bed and good location. Kitchen amenities were limited- no hot plate/cooktop. Room on ground floor functional for wheelchair user. Would be nice to have a shelf/cart in bathroom to put toiletries."
"Breakfast was tasty and the beds were comfy. The facilities are worn with tears in carpet. That being said, the beds were comfy and location is great. We were able to park on the street right in front of hotel (free parking 4:00pm-10:00am)."
"The apartment is modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made our stay especially convenient. It is also within a short walking distance of the iconic church and the main downtown street.
One thing to note is that the washing machine and dryer are shared with other guests on the same floor.

"We had a fantastic stay! Great breakfast included in the stay. Incredible views from the property. There was a hot tub we never got the chance to use. Rooms were very clean, and larger than they look in photos. Would recommend! Perfect distance from town if you want to go shopping!"
"This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in this 10 day trip to Iceland.
1. The parking is a big problem if you are not one of the first four cars to arrive
2 the bathroom was unbearably smelly and unhygienic. The shower curtains were full of mould and smelt horrible. You would need another shower if you came in contact with them. If the shower head sprays wanted on them, they will flip out and the whole bathroom will be flooded.
3. There was only one thin pillow per person causing...
"Wir waren überrascht, Brekka war nicht wie erwartet ein Guesthouse im eigentlichen Sinne, sondern eher ein großer Betrieb mit vielen Ferienhäusern. Für uns dennoch eine Empfehlung, wenn auch relativ teuer.
Die Zimmer in den Ferienhäusern sind sehr einfach ausgestattet - kein Schrank, kein Regal, kein Bild, keine Deko, aber zweckmäßig und sauber.
Sehr gute Kommunikation vor der Anreise, Abendessen im Angebot, Fragen wurden sehr schnell per WhatsApp beantwortet.
