The breakfast choice is excellent and you can eat it on your balcony or have it served overlooking the beach. The hotel even organised a surprise snorkeling trip and decorated our bed for my birthday. On the weekend the area is a lot busier and noisier but it did not bother us."

"We loved our stay at Dodo Square. Dodo was a great location as a base to travel around the north of Mauritius. Entry details were emailed to us the day before arrival. And once we arrived one of the house keepers notified the admin and our room pin was activated. The studio apartment was clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated. And in a generally new condition. It had all the appliances to cook, if we wanted to. The surrounding area was very quiet in the mornings. The only early morning...

Beware the overspill from the clubs nearby - outside with very loud music til 6am one morning. But that's not the property's fault. The dogs are noisy but not aggressive."
