"The roof top deck was nice and the breakfast was good. The paper thin walls and windows blocked none of the noise throughout the night and it was a terrible sleepless night
The hotel is pretty tired and needs updates"
"A well placed hotel for visiting the city. Lovely art deco designs are everywhere, and the hotel has real character. Arriving during a yellow warning heatwave, the air conditioning in the room made for a pleasant night’s sleep. Breakfast was quiet varied, with a hot food option in the form of bacon and eggs.
The real highlight was the help we received from the hotel staff. They were engaging, and able to answer our queries about where places were, and how to get about using the public transport...
"Loved the property and wanted to stay but the laundry soap is so strongly scented that we packed just enough for the nights sleep and went to another hotel by uber at 10 pm. We came back for the lovely breakfast with all windows open as we had to pack up and get our car. This super cute hotel at a great price was my whole reason gor coming to coimbra( we couldn't"
"We stayed for one night, check in was clear and the apartment was clean and tidy. The coffee machine was an excellent addition. Our one issue is the AC had the strengthen of a toddler blowing out birthday candles. My partner and I run hot so AC is really important to us especially since it was too muggy outside to get relief. Would skip this place if you need AC otherwise it’s solid."
"Breakfast perfect , staff very help full, very Clean. The location is not the ideal, it is not Bad but you have to walk or take a taxi (special during the night , an extra fee to park near( perfect parking )"
"It’s off the main road in a small back alley. Pretty easy to locate. You do have to pay for parking if you want to be near the lifts. It is within walking distance to most attractions"
"What a special, special place! So perfect for relaxation and food for your soul. We were enchanted by the property surroundings. They have a vineyard to make their own wine and grow olives to make their own olive oil. Lemon and orange trees and a vegetable garden. A lovely infinity pool for relaxing. I can’t say enough about the amazing restaurant that produces the absolute best food you’ll ever have without fail! The friendly owners and staff stole our hearts. A very special thank you to Teresa...
