"Because of the fab views of Robin Hoods bay. I took a punt and booked into this old hotel. From walking through the door I was blown away by how the communal areas have been modernised. Even though the staff were obviously busy, I suggest they quickly learn to be a little friendlier/ warm to guests (they weren't bad, just not engaging)."

"The Spa Hotel sits just above the gorgeous coastline with an easy path down to the seaside. It is a slightly steep hill up to the town center, but that's easily walkable. The restaurant was excellent and everyone so kind and friendly. I saw the most spectacular sunrise and sunset at the property. You can't help but fall in love with the Hotel and it's natural beauty in the seaside surroundings."

"I thought this was a fabulous, up market hotel. The rooms were fabulous, the pool gorgeous in fact everything was great. The only thing that spoiled my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast menu was extensive, but only for cooked breakfast. I don't eat cooked breakfast. I asked for cereal and toast. I was given a small box of corn flakes (no choice) 2 slices of toast and a mini jar of marmalade for us both. My partner had a cooked breakfast and therefore no cereal. There is a definite need for...

"The most welcoming place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we walked through the door to leaving we were made welcome. The room was beautiful, it was clean and warm and the views were amazing. Owen behind the bar was the loveliest person. He gave us lots of information where to go for the next day. Thank you Owen you really did make our stay fab.
