"Le personnel était très accueillant et sympa à l’écoute de chaque besoin, une adaptation à la langue, que ce soit italien, anglais français etc énorme, parking pour pouvoir stationner sa voiture, salle de sport qui fait parfaitement l’affaire un petit déjeuner très copieux, l’hôtel était bien entretenu"
"Rear location - steps from the main railway station and the airport bus stop. The hotel is an old gem with a grand welcoming entrance. Breakfast was great with an outdoor courtyard seating option. Single room was tiny but functional - the only negative being that the bathroom was very cramped. Particularly the toilet. I’d definitely stay there again"
"Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again."
"Struttura pulita e camera molto graziosa. Molto vicino alla stazione quindi comodo per chi si sposta in treno.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ritornerò!"
"Clean rooms, super helpful staff, location next to Porta Nuova train station. Overall, the property room quality matches the low price - you get quality you pay for."
"Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, das Frühstück war nicht schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer super freundlich und zu vorkommend. Immer wieder gerne...."
"Very nice hotel in a good location. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Our triple room was large and had all the amenities except a kettle. I asked the front desk and they provided one along with 3 cups. Hotel is spotless and well updated. Grocery store within steps and the hotel restaurant is excellent. We will stay there again next time. Richard from Canada."
"Very impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Room was impecable. Staff were exemplary with customer service. Called a taxi for me several times. One of my best hotel experiences during this trip!"
"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. Our room was perfect, with an adorable balcony as an added bonus. I wouldn't stay anywhere else."
