"The cabin was roughly as one would imagine from the pictures. But the outdoor areas were overgrown and neglected: with very high grass; the access down to the water totally overgrown so not usable; the bench in the picture also completely overgrown and inaccessible; and the platform on the water was broken and not accessible.
