"El registro (checking) fue absolutamente desastroso. La señora del front desastroso no sabía (o no podia) leer los datos del documento de residencia húngaro. Demoró 17 minutos en hacer el registro. No brindó explicaciones parq el uso de las instalaciones del spa. Tuvimos que cancelar la sesion de masajes por la demora en el registro. No nos entregó las batas para el spa. Quien salvó la situación más tarde fue una joven colega de recepción que se comportó maravillosamente bien."

A reggeliző helyen szabadon a macskák mászkálnak, az étel hűtés nélkül több órára kitéve, másnap ugyan az a étel szintén kitéve. A padlószőnyeg rongyos. A tv használhatatlan gagyi kínai. "
