"The advertisement on line is NOTHING like the actual property. They are baiting and switching. I even emailed them to confirm a few things, and they never followed thru with any of that. The room was FILTHY... i have videos of hair in the tub, food on the bedding. The carpet was not fit to walk on. "We enjoyed our stay! The house was freshly cleaned upon our arrival. There was more than enough space for our family during our stay and the pool was a plus. The resort style pool and lazy river area across the entrance of the neighborhood was also a bonus and definitely a good time during our stay! We did have a small hiccup with the door entry lock but our host was quick to response and help us with the issue. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone traveling to Orlando!"

"So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude. Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home...
