"I was charged for a room by Expedia that I wasn’t given upon arriving at the hotel. I was also charged by the hotel for a room as well when checking in. So I ended up paying for two rooms when I was there by myself. I thought the 2-$192 charges were security deposits for the nights because they were pending for a few days. I didn’t realize the hotel was charging for a second room. When I tried to get this corrected the manager won’t return calls or answer the phone. The same happens with the accounting department. Neither will even tell me they’re sorry I was charged double for the one room I stayed in. When I called the front desk did try to help but they could only explain what happened. The hotel is nice. I liked it, but I won’t stay ever again because I was charged nearly $400 too much for a two night stay. "

"Hotel was very clean and helpful staff. I really liked the laundry facilities which were clean and machines worked well. They even sold laundry detergent in the gift shop. Cons: Even though our room was very clean with a comfortable bed and standard hotel furnishings, it had a few things broken that were not repaired ( toilet paper dispenser off the wall). There was a kitchenette in the room but not functional. No microwave, refrigerator not plugged in and absolutely no glasses, silverware or dishes. The cupboards were empty. We were there in February and our room was on 1st floor. Even though we had the thermostat at 70 F., It was still quite cold and had to sleep with extra clothes. Do not recommend the 1st floor rooms especially near the lobby and cafeteria area. It was very loud, especially on the weekends, and couldn't get to sleep with people partying until midnight or 1 am. There were pretty large tourist groups coming through for morning breakfasts and by the time I got to eat most of the food was gone and not restocked. It was also mess with food on the floor and just general disarray. I also booked a Deluxe room but I think I end up with a standard one as well. I won't be staying again and would like to try other hotels for my future visits."

"The room was half cleaned , sheets and towel only changed, I have doubts that they clean really. 3 box of pizzas which including pizzaz in it , from previous guests was there, previous guests keyes was on counter, after several follow up i was able to get a refund of 45 $ , i am waiting to get it, they told it takes 10 days. I paid 150$ for one night, we checked in at 3 AM and check out at 9AM. Breakfast was bad also, "
