"This property is an older hotel. It was clean, but the rooms need some updating.There are no ports to charge your phone, so bring a block with you in order to charge devices. There is a desk in the room to work which was nice. The carpet in our room needed to be cleaned, but overall the room, bedding, towels, bathroom was clean. "Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad."

"Customer service people in the front were amazing, my room was great.Only problem was I found hair in the shower and poop.Smeared on the wall. The cleaning ladies started knocking on my door at 10am asked them for more time came back fifteen minutes later knocked again.So we just rushed to leave to check out, But check out was at 11.
