"Room and property are beautiful. They offer breakfast but wasn't able to try it due to our scheduling didn't coordinate with their 7am start time. That is one thing I would change is maybe have breakfast start at 6 for people going on tours so they can eat first. They did provide one day a to go box the night before with sandwich and fruit which was nice. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and they have a .25 mile hike thru woods on their property that is awesome. The view of volcano was...

"Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel and staff to be great. The bed was comfortable and the amenities (kitchenette, bathroom) were good quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They have a lot of different choices for lunch and dinner and the servings were generous. Breakfast was also very good but we found it pricey for what you got. The staff - Alonso, Izak and William - were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others."

"This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay for many reasons. The breakfast is excellent and if you get it included in your room, it’s an extraordinary value. The staff are wonderful and always seem to have a smile for you. The front desk staff, especially Astin, are helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. The grounds are impeccable. They keep them very well groomed and it’s an absolute joy to walk around to see the tropical plants, birds and little lizards and...

"It’s a simple hotel, humble and decent room (no fridge in the room). Very pleasant staff, nice view of the volcano. Parking is 100m away (the gate is locked, you have to unlock and park your car, but it’s very hard to pull the gate. Overall nice stay."

"I stayed in one of the cabins in this property and it had a beautiful view of the Arenal Volcano from the balcony and the room. You could hear the birds chirping right in the morning. The property is located right off the main road but these cabins are at the back surrounded by plants. Location was very central for all day activities and 5 mins drive to town. Room was clean and breakfast was good. It had galla pinto, eggs and fruits everyday. I would stay at the property again."
