"What an adorable little hotel! Had a great aesthetic vibe. Loved the coffee with coffee mugs that they repurposed from the thrift store. The water filling station in the lobby was a bonus. Rooms were super cute and decor was beautiful. The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and we enjoyed our stay! Great location!"

It was the perfect setting and quite the adventure driving in the light rain a few hundred yards down a dirt road surrounded by thick trees to finally arrive at this beautiful Inn nestled in the Volcano Forest. Jon texted very detailed instructions and information prior to my arrival which was very useful as well as welcoming. If I texted a question, he would promptly respond. "We were in Hawaii for 2 weeks, and stayed at several hotels, and the Plumeria Hilo Hotel had the best room by far because ut was more like an apartment than just a hotel room. There was a fridge, micorwave, hot plate, dishes, etc. A bit a road noise, but the beach was close by."
