"I loved everything about this hotel! The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Almost everyday they had some type of entertainment for kids at the hotel. I love that it is pet friendly. It’s only 5 mins walk from the beach, but they also have a shuttle which is available anytime you need it. The driver for the shuttle was super helpful, he helped us to get our wagon with the all beach gear placed to his shuttle, he gave us nice cold bottles of water and was super friendly. "Property was clean and on the perfect spot of the boardwalk"

"There are no carts for unloading. This was very frustrating. I overheard the bellman saying they don't provide them. Why not???? It should be our choice if we want to pay someone to handle our luggage or not. The other issue for me were the beds and the lame pillows. The beds are too soft and the pillows are not at all supportive. For the price I paid each night, I expected better comfort."
