The manager was so helpful and obliging in assisting us with some special requests. Nothing was a problem. A lovely regional breakfast buffet was very plentiful. "We had a lovely stay here and would really recommend it. We kept being surprised and impressed every day by the hotels facilities and the level of service from the Staff. The bed was a bit firm for us, but as soon as we mentioned it to the hotel, they immediately had a mattress topper placed on the bed for us and the bed re-made. The only other thing is that the coffee available for breakfast could be a little bit better. But no hotel is perfect and nor can any hotel cater to absolutely everybody’s tastes and needs. Therefore, these are only minor things for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return again next year"
