"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

"I arrived at this hotel at 2am, Saturday, Demember 19th. I had made a booking through Hotels.com. It was freezing cold outside, and I was very much looking forward to getting to my room. However, when I got to the front desk, the receptionist called the manager and then told me I couldn't stay. She was obviously embarassed about the whole situation, and apologised. First of all, if you are a foreigner and are intending to pay your room charges with your foreign-issued credit card, do NOT stay here as their card machine cannot accept foreign cards. So you would need to pay by cash. Secondly, if you need a taxi please do not count on the hotel staff to help you as they told us that they could not call a taxi for us and that we had to stand outside and try to flag one down...
