"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The main issue we encountered was the very limited parking space at the hotel. On one occasion, we were informed upon arrival that all parking spots were taken and we had to leave our car on the street. This important detail should be clearly stated on the hotel’s website to avoid inconvenience. The rooms are small but cozy – suitable for a short one- or two-day visit to Kraków. The only negative about the property is the beds as they are very hard and uncomfortable. All in all, a great hotel for the price and the location is perfect."
