"Me encantó el hotel, la ubicación es de fácil acceso, y lo que más me gustó fue la habitación asignada con su propia piscina. El desayuno fue excelente y lo preparan al momento. Me gustó mucho que el hotel tiene la playa a metros y es muy fascinante.
Las atenciones son muy buenas y muy amables con el servicio. El hotel es excelente para ir en familia y en pareja . Recomendado 100 por ciento"
"Upon arrival at 1:30pm, the pool had not been cleaned. The server/ wait staff took too long to acknowledge their guests. They all disappeared into the kitchen. The tv in the room did not work - problems with the internet. Only amenity in the bathroom was a trial size bar of soap. Definitely not staying there again. "
"Very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, their credit card system was down, so we couldn’t pay by card. The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had to leave that same night because the room was too hot to sleep in. The owner refused to issue a full refund and only returned half of what we paid. I would not recommend staying here."
