"We’d give our stay at Locale Grand Cayman 4.5 stars. The included breakfast was good and had enough options each day. The location is a big plus. It’s in a great part of Seven Mile Beach, very touristy but convenient, with lots of nearby beach access points. The hotel itself isn’t directly on the beach, but they make it easy by offering free beach towels, chairs, and toys for guests to use. The closest beach access is about a 10-minute walk. "Housekeeping is only provided once every 6 nights. They do not replace coffee pods in the room. We asked for a different room and the front desk informed us that they were fully booked despite the fact that the hotel was nearly empty. Seaweed was a daily issue on the beach. Prices were very high for food and drink however the food at the hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel rooms were outdated. Pools were very small. I would not stay there again."

"The new drier ruined some of our clothes. It gets too hot. That was confirmed by the maintenance person. We took the clothing items to the office and after much back and forth, the manager said they would not reimburse us for our ruined items. So a huge disappointment there "
