"The location was great and central to so many things. We could never get the wi-fi to work but definitely not a dealbreaker."

"Lovely hotel with a historic vibe, but it could use an upgrade in hospitality processes and staff training. The restaurant was well laid out, but seemed understaffed as the service team always appeared hurried, under stress and generally unhappy. The quality of the food was decent, but lacking in selection and steaks were often overcooked. The front desk staff were professional, but somewhat lacking in congeniality and the housekeeping team were average, with the exception of one South Asian...

"Comfortable room, would stay again"

"Great location just across a bridge to the main temple bar area - modern decor and helpful staff Great selection for breakfast we stayed 3 nights and on our last morning it was a little disappointing as no coffee cups/ no pastries and coffee machines running dry not sure why as the other days had been fab We reported a loose shower handle and no tea/coffee milks in our room to reception who said they would inform maintenance and housekeeping but that didn’t get sorted before we left either but...

"Always clean rooms & like the fact that it close to the airport."

Not a good fit for our...

"Personal superamable,y casi todos hablaban castellano, lo que facilitaba la comunicacion. Habitaciones amplias y limpias,y reponen si tomas cafe o leche. Muy buena ubicacion. Como pega solo el desayuno que siempre es el mismo, aunque hay variedad de dulce y salado."

"Airport shuttle was great but should have been a free service."
