"We checked in around 8pm after going to an event. The boiler had exploded at some point that night. There was no heat or hot water. This is a remote location, so at that point in the day we didn't have another option. I realize what happened was out of their control, but they didn't offer anything to help accommodate for this issue, even just a free breakfast would've been fine. We paid full price for a place without heat or hot water. We couldn't shower in the morning before we met family and...

"The best way to describe is tired and worn. While it looks fine it is under the normal level of à la Quinta. Mattress was terrible not a good night of rest. Had a fire alarm at 6am ish and no announcements from staff no one at front desk after fire trucks left. Spend an extra $25 n go somewhere else"

"This was an excellent property! Clean, safe. The room was amazing and I loved the bed. If there was any drawbacks I would say that breakfast was not what I anticipated. It was well done, simply no hot eggs. While they offered a variety of bagels, bread and cereals my husband is diabetic so these options were not the best for us. Boiled eggs were offered however he found that frustrating. This is in no way a complaint. Simply a heads up. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again!"
