"This hotel is amazing! We booked our stay there based on the pictures online. We had no idea how beautiful the place would be. We stayed in a converted Georgian townhouse. To get to our room, we walked through the center garden to a different building. It was exquisite and made you feel the history of the buildings. The location was perfect. "Lovely location, peaceful atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable had all you needed for your stay. Lovely big bath towels! Breakfast was ok, could improve, scrambled eggs not good being kept warm, not much choice on the continental side. We didn’t use the bar but was told we could take drinks and food to the room if wanted. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The Staff were excellent and couldn`t do enough for us. The food was very good and plentiful. Really loved the area and my only problem was the room size and sloping floors but due to the age of the building it was to be expected. We will be back again as it is a well run Hotel."
