"One morning, I went to the main desk to pay for my breakfast and was informed that the breakfast was full, and I could not be admitted. I was incredulous that, as a person staying at the hotel, I couldn’t have breakfast. This left a very bad taste in my mouth to not feel welcome. I was not offered any alternative such as coming back in a half hour when perhaps the dining room would be less crowded."
"Property is nice and comfortable, nice bed and decoration very luxurious, but I have some complaints, the water pressure in the sink was too high I had to be very careful so no to splash it and even though it was really difficult. Same with the liquid soap you push and it comes a lot so took too long washing hands. Finally the toilet douche or temperature adjustment didn’t work, I come from America so I was not expecting it anyway but it would had been nice. Personal very nice and helpful....

The staff doesnt want to help much. Very strange as they weren’t busy at all I think we were the only guest there it seemed. But yet they were not helpful hardly at all. I had some guests to sit at the tables where they don’t use after breakfast but they had issue for my guests and us to talk there and also my guests to use the lobby bathroom they asked “ if they were guests but who doesn that to a...

The breakfast was really good and they varied the menu each day. They also provided a clothes steamer/dryer in the room which came in handy. Very fast and efficient A/C as well which many hotels don’t have.
I really appreciated the fragrance free room too.
Highly recommended. 4 star hotel at 2 star...
