"Here’s a professional but clearly negative review you could use: Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future. "

"The hotel was Good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fresh and had a big variety. My only two issues with the hotel were the following: 1. It’s advertised that the staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese However during our entire stay we didn’t encounter any staff who spoke any language other than Portuguese. Which is fine but don’t advertise you have trilingual employees if you don’t. 2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night and the room they gave us was dirty. And I don’t mean it wasn’t cleaned properly, I mean that the cleaning staff never cleaned up after the previous tenants left the room. So at 10pm after 12h of traveling we have to go back and forth with the front desk (who only spoke Portuguese) to try to explain that the room was dirty. No big deal but it feels like it when you’re tired and annoyed 😂"

"The property is clean and it works if you just need a place to crash. Location is great and there’s an excellent “padaria” in the corner. Staff have no permission to enter your room while you’re staying so if you stay many nights it could be a problem but staff is attentive if you need help. Eugenia (a lady on cleaning duty) was super nice and picked up the trash from me, gave me extra soap and towels when I complained. "
