"I recently stayed at Hotel Palace Bologna Center. While I understand that it’s an older hotel, I appreciated that it was generally clean and I didn’t notice any cobwebs. Unfortunately, the carpet in my room was quite dirty and looked like it needed a thorough cleaning. The biggest disappointment was the customer service.
