Beds and shower are really good. The environment is great; with a view on the Rila mountains. Unfortunately all this is being 'wiped out' because of the unbearable noise from the restaurant below the hotel. The noise starts in the afternoon until midnight. "The rooms were comfortable though over-heated for early November. The hot spring pools were amazing; the water composition was great and there were numerous pools of varying temperatures warm enough for the cooler months of the year. Food at the restaurant was great and varied. We also enjoyed the massages at the spa.The receptionist was unable to find our Hotels.com reservation when we checked in, which proved a bit alarming. We trusted they eventually sorted out the issue during our stay."

C'era scritto inoltre terrazza ma, in realtà era un piccolo balconcino occupato per la maggior parte dal motore del condizionatore.

"En fin de compte, nous n'étions plus à l'hotel Victoria! En effet, celui-ci étant complet,quand nous avons prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit pour la 2ème chambre, nous avait transférer à l'Hôtel Moura... Mes commentaires vont donc porter sur Moura et non sur Victoria.
