"Air conditioning did not work for 2 days on 90+ degree days. Beds are not comfortable and mattresses are old. The jacuzzi makes bubbles in 2 corners but the jets don’t work. Breakfast was horrible both days, eggs were rubbery, “sausage” was cut up hotdogs. Staff was nice and as helpful as they could be. Room size is decent"

"This property was filthy including hair in the bed and piles of dirt on the floor in the first room we were given, The second room appeared to have washed sheets but the sink was slightly clogged and the dirt and smell were horrible. The rooms were next to the elevator that shook the walls and floor every time it was called. When leaving to stay at another location we were refused verification of check out and then they never responded to any Expedia attempts to communicate for issuing a refund...

"The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and the pool was amazing. There was some construction happening during our stay and they happily upgraded us to a room away from the noise, we really appreciated that"
