"There was some water damage in my room. On the base boards. Located in the bathroom. I had two house keeping ladies. One was horrible. She wasn't helpful, at all". While, the other one balanced out the first. The manager, I would rate him at 3. Very pitiful customer service. $71.00 was supposed to be refunded. Never got it. The kitchen and bar were great. I'll give them a 5 star. Over all this site has a awesome ocean view. At the rooftop."

"Love this hotel"

"The property offers a lovely view, and I truly enjoy waking up to such a beautiful sight in the morning. The food was good; my only concern was the access to the property. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay."

They were rude whenever I spoke to them, and any time I asked a question, it seemed like I was a bother. The women in housekeeping and the gentlemen working at the pool were fantastic but the other staff definitely brought...

"Amazing housekeeping Everything nice and clean Communication with Sara was wonderful We love every single moment there! We will be back soon"

"I turned up at the hotel only to find out that it was closed for renovation. No communication about this from anyone. There was a guy who approached me on the street and told me that I would be staying elsewhere. "

"Eccellente in tutto. Tornero Daniele"

"Clean room. Very nice staff."
