"Pro: Außenbereich, Pool, Aussicht, Parkplätze Negativ: Das Zimmer war unterirdisch. Wenn es draußen wärmer wird, ist schlaf kaum möglich. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen Deckenventilator, der kaum etwas rettet. Die Luft steht im Zimmer und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, hat man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße. Es ist aber ohnehin unmöglich die Zimmertemperatur auf ein akzeptables Maß runterzubekommen, selbst wenn dann Nachts nur noch 18 Grad sind. Platz für die Koffer ist kaum...

"Hotel was in a very good location if you don't want to pay for lakefront lodging. While the a/c wasn't working in part of the hotel, they put fans in all the rooms. They moved us to a room with working a/c for the second night and gave us a rate adjustment for the first night. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially Anna Marie and Ileana and also the manager. Would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic views from this hotel, we had room 24, which was absolutely stunning. You do have to book your shuttles kind of an advance because depending on how many people are at the hotel you have to get back-and-forth to town so it’s a good idea to try and plan your day out. The staff are very helpful overall a very good place. They are doing some renovations so if you’re planning on sleeping in late, you might hear something. "Very accessible to the train station as well as the main Como area. Clean room and friendly staff. Showers were a bit challenging if you are above average height but overall had a good stay."

"personale molto disponibile e cordiale. per il parcheggio ci sono principalmente due opzioni, o quello gratuito dietro alla struttura (se si ha fortuna di trovare il parcheggio) o pagando 12 euro (suppongo al giorno anche se non ho chiesto essendo che ho pernottato solo una notte) c’è il parcheggio del hotel molto comodo e anche con posti all’ombra. la camera era molto grande e pulita (matrimoniale superior vista lago) le uniche sue problematiche che ho riscontrato sono stati l’asciuga capelli...
